Based in San Antonio, we travel throughout Texas for installation projects. Scheduling and travel requirements depend on your location and the scope of work.
Choosing a lock
Door material, thickness, existing cutouts, and the frame can affect which hardware will fit. Features such as keypad, fingerprint, keycard, and app access vary by model. Contact us before purchasing if you need help checking compatibility.

Installation workmanship warranty
Every installation by Texas Keyless King is tested before completion and includes a one-year workmanship warranty from the installation date. This covers problems caused by our installation work.
Lock warranty and technical support
Locks supplied by The Connected Shop include its separate one-year limited product warranty at no additional charge, subject to its warranty terms, and lifetime technical support. Product warranty claims are reviewed and approved by The Connected Shop.
Replacement lock installation
If The Connected Shop approves a replacement for a defective lock we installed and reinstallation is needed, Texas Keyless King provides reinstallation at no additional installation charge to you under our arrangement with the supplier. Contact us to coordinate the approved replacement and schedule the visit.

Optional two-year and three-year extended warranty plans are available to purchase through The Connected Shop. Contact us before ordering for plan pricing, coverage details, and when coverage begins. These plans are separate from our one-year installation workmanship warranty.
