OVERVIEW

Welcome to Texas Keyless King. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Texas Keyless King. We operate this website and offer smart locks, keyless entry products, and separately quoted installation services. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order or enter into an installation agreement. If purchasing for a business or another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

You agree to provide accurate and current contact, payment, billing, shipping, and project information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and finishes may look different depending on your device and display settings. Product features vary by model and selected option.

Before purchasing, review the product specifications and confirm the selected model and configuration suit your door, gate, and intended use. Contact us if you need help choosing a product.

Photos and measurements can assist with compatibility review, but some installation requirements may only become apparent during an onsite inspection. We will discuss any changes to an installation quote before proceeding with additional work.

Product descriptions, availability, and offerings may change. Changes do not remove obligations or warranty commitments associated with an accepted order.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may contact you if there is an availability, payment, pricing, or compatibility issue before fulfilling it.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, an unserviceable delivery address, or a material listing error. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the canceled items and any associated charges.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the supplier has processed or shipped it. Your applicable return rights remain in effect.

Customers may purchase products for residential, rental-property, or business use. Purchases for resale or export require our prior written approval.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any additional charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order.

We offer free domestic shipping to eligible addresses served at checkout, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Lock prices do not include professional installation unless a written offer expressly states otherwise. Installation is optional, quoted and paid separately.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. If a material pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding at a different price. If you do not agree to the corrected price, the affected order will be canceled and any payment for it refunded.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Lock orders are shipped directly to customers by our supplier, The Connected Shop. Texas Keyless King coordinates the order and remains your contact for purchases made through our store.

Estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Product availability, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect timing.

If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide notice and cancellation or refund options as required by law.

Tracking will be added to your order when it becomes available. Please verify your shipping address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible after shipment.

If a package is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the supplier and carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Keep packaging and photographs of any damage.

SECTION 6 — PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

Professional installation requires a separate quote and agreement with Texas Keyless King. Requesting a quote with your purchase does not book an appointment.

We may request your city, ZIP code, door measurements, photographs, existing hardware details, and other information needed to evaluate the project.

Installation availability, scope, price, and scheduling must be confirmed with us. If an onsite inspection reveals additional work, we will explain the proposed changes and obtain your approval before performing work outside the agreed scope.

You must own the property or have permission from the owner or authorized manager to approve the installation.

Installation payment terms and any appointment cancellation or rescheduling terms will be disclosed in your separate written quote or agreement.

SECTION 7 — WARRANTIES AND SUPPORT

Texas Keyless King provides a one-year workmanship warranty from the installation date for installation work we perform. Contact us with your installation details and a description of the problem to request service.

Locks supplied by The Connected Shop include the supplier’s one-year limited product warranty, subject to its applicable written terms. The supplier also offers lifetime technical support. Product warranty coverage is separate from our installation workmanship warranty.

For purchases made through Texas Keyless King, contact us first for help coordinating product support or a warranty claim.

If the supplier approves a defective-lock replacement for a lock we installed, we will coordinate replacement installation at no additional installation charge to you when reinstallation is needed.

Optional extended product warranties may be available. Coverage, provider, price, duration, and exclusions must be confirmed before purchase. An extended warranty is not included unless expressly listed in your order.

These Terms do not cancel or reduce express warranties, applicable implied warranties, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

General returns must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include all parts and original packaging. Defective or malfunctioning products are handled through our product-support process rather than treated as unused returns.

Contact us before shipping a return. We will provide instructions and the correct return destination. Our business mailing address is not automatically the return destination.

Installation is quoted and paid separately. Product return terms do not replace any rights or obligations under your installation agreement.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Texas Keyless King is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Texas Keyless King. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Texas Keyless King, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Texas Keyless King.

Information needed to fulfill your order may be shared with our supplier, shipping providers, payment processors, and other service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit active access codes, passwords, or other security credentials through public reviews or ordinary website forms.

SECTION 11 — WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website text, photographs, videos, graphics, branding, and other content belong to Texas Keyless King or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website to learn about our products, evaluate a purchase, request services, and manage your orders, including for your business or rental property.

You may not reproduce, sell, republish, or use our content or branding for unrelated commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 12 — CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

Reviews must reflect your honest experience. You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting a review for publication, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to display and reproduce that review and its accompanying content in connection with our store and marketing. We will not materially change its meaning.

You must have permission to submit any photographs or other content and must not include another person’s confidential information.

Door photographs and project details submitted privately for quotes or support are not treated as public reviews. We will obtain permission before using identifiable private project submissions for marketing.

We may remove spam, unlawful content, exposed security credentials, or content that violates another person’s rights. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews.

SECTION 13 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

Our website or products may use or link to third-party services, applications, or websites. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies.

We do not control independent third-party websites or guarantee that their services will always be available.

This section does not remove our responsibilities for products or installation services purchased from Texas Keyless King, or our commitment to help coordinate supplier support.

SECTION 14 — ACCEPTABLE USE AND AUTOMATED ACCESS

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, collect other customers’ private information, or interfere with website security or operation.

Automated tools must identify themselves truthfully, respect access restrictions, and must not bypass authentication, CAPTCHAs, or other security controls.

We may restrict access that threatens security, violates these Terms, or disrupts the Services. Any restriction does not eliminate existing refund, warranty, or other legally protected obligations.

SECTION 15 — ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY

We may correct inaccurate product descriptions, prices, availability information, or other website errors.

If a correction materially affects an existing order, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary website interruptions do not remove our obligations under accepted orders.

SECTION 16 — SECURITY PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Smart locks and access-control products help manage access, but no product guarantees prevention of every unauthorized entry, theft, or loss.

Features may depend on correct installation, compatible hardware, batteries, network connectivity, or third-party applications, depending on the model. Follow the product instructions and maintain the system as directed.

General website information is not a guarantee that every product is appropriate for every door, gate, or application. Contact us for assistance before purchasing if compatibility is uncertain.

Nothing in this section excludes express product promises, our workmanship warranty, applicable supplier warranties, or any warranty or remedy that cannot be excluded by law.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Texas Keyless King will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business profits, arising from use of the website or Services.

This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any injury, loss, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

It does not remove our obligations to fulfill accepted orders, issue refunds when required, honor our express warranties, or provide remedies required by applicable law.

SECTION 18 — SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the website for material violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or security risks.

You remain responsible for valid amounts owed under accepted purchases or service agreements. Termination does not eliminate accrued rights, applicable warranties, refund obligations, or provisions that reasonably continue after termination.

SECTION 19 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without depriving customers of mandatory protections available under applicable law.

Any court proceeding will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction and venue, subject to any mandatory consumer rights concerning where a claim may be brought.

SECTION 20 — SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

SECTION 21 — AGREEMENT AND RELATED POLICIES

These Terms, the policies referenced in them, and any applicable written order confirmation or installation agreement describe our agreement concerning the relevant Services.

Specific written terms for an accepted installation project govern that project if they conflict with general website terms, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes express commitments made in an accepted order or written warranty.

SECTION 22 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.

Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights under an accepted order or existing warranty without a lawful basis and any required agreement.
