Texas Keyless King offers free domestic shipping for lock orders to eligible addresses served at checkout. Address eligibility and the available shipping option are shown during checkout.
Estimated delivery: 1–2 weeks
Lock orders have an estimated delivery time of 1–2 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Availability and carrier delays can affect delivery. Contact us if you need a lock for a specific project date.
Shipped directly from The Connected Shop
Your lock is shipped directly to your delivery address by our supplier, The Connected Shop. Texas Keyless King coordinates your order with the supplier. Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Tracking and order questions
We will add tracking to your order when it is available from the supplier. For shipping questions or to request an address correction, email texaskeylessking@gmail.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
Installation is scheduled separately
Free shipping covers delivery of the lock. Professional installation is optional, quoted and paid separately, and scheduled with Texas Keyless King. Selecting an installation quote at checkout does not book an appointment. We review your location, door details, and photos to prepare your quote and coordinate scheduling.
Delivery problems
If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number so we can coordinate with the supplier and carrier. Keep the packaging and take photos of any damage. See Returns and Refunds for return details.
